Waiting for Service

<p>I looged a fault in October about service on my landline , ********** 799. I have 4 reference numbers, 290cnz251016,52cnz171116, ********** 81, ********** 79. Each time I phone in I am told that fault is in hands with the technician and they will sort it out. In the mean time we are expected to pay our monthly fees and we will be credited once fault is fixed. It's been almost 3 months now. Terrible service .my number is ********** 029</p>
