Waiting for router and tv box

I had a 4mpbs line from telkom. Then on the 22th of March I switched to a 10mbps unlimited home with the free router and tv box. When I asked the consultant when I will recieve my tv box and router he said next week. Well next week came and went but nothing. Then the 29th of March I phoned again and the woman who helped me told me there was no order but she will create one for me and it will take 7 to 14 work days. After that I recieved an sms stating I must pay a deposit. I phoned them the woman who helped me said she will log a call to correct is as I don't need to pay for anything as it is included in my package. On the 12th of April I recieved again a sms that I need to pay again. So on the 13th I phoned again and again it was an error and they are going to log a call again. So now I have a faster line for a month now but cant use it full as I dont have my router.
