Waiting for reply on a mobile router.

I was contacted by Telkom mobile on the 10th March regarding a Hauwei mobile router, the advised I was preapproved and convinced me how good this deal is and I should take it, after I agreed they told me it will take 7-10 working days to be delivered. Its now a month later and no calls or emails from Telkom, I tried the *** about 3 times with no avail each time waiting +/- 15 minutes, the 081180 number transfers me from one consultant to the next with no one being able to assist me #Telkomirritation
