Waiting for refund of deposit, nothing yet.

I cancelled with Telkom, as we got Fiber internet.

Telkom continuously overcharged me, month, after month, I eventually paid it all, to prevent conflict, and bad marks on my name.

I have since requested a refund of my deposit, I was told someone would contact me about this, and to this date, it has been nearly a month since I first contacted Telkom with this issue, and to this date, I have heard nothing, despite assurances from Telkom, nothing has been done.
