Waiting for refund from Telkom Mobile.

After paying my account via EFT on the 13/06/2022 Telkom then deducted the "arrears" amount (on 20/06/2022) that I payed, as well as the current months amount due. I contacted them regarding this, they asked me to forward them the proof of payment that I made, so that the can refund me the deduction. I did this on the 20/06/2022. Needless to say I am still waiting for my refund to happen.
