Waiting for refund from Telkom

I contacted the 10210 call centre a few weeks ago to request a refund of R 2000 for an over payment made in error to Telkom. I was told that the refund would be processed shortly.

To date I have not received the refund. I have held on for ages on the 10210 call centre number.

Please can someone assist me?
