Waiting for Refund for 5months

I app**** for an ADSL service in March 2015 and paid a deposit of R700, a couple for days later I received a call from an Agent informing me that there's no ADSL service in my area Benoni Agricutural Holding ( Benoni) , I have acknowledge this and requested for a refund of R700 and R400 whicg was owing to me from a previous account , I went to the Telkom Benon Branch in Lakeside Mall twice to request for this refund the logged the compaints on their system, to this day no resolution was achieved.<br> Please someone from Telkom Account sort this out.<br> <br>
