Waiting for refund for 4 months

I opened a new Telkom contract in May and was told the amount of R469 will be deducted out of my account to verify my account. The money was taken and I was charged R469 again at the end of the month. When I phoned to ask why as I have already paid R469 I was told it would be refunded back to me in 3 months time. The 3 months went by and nothing was refunded. I phoned on the 6th of September to ask about the refund and was told someone would phone me back the same day and nothing happened. I am still waiting for someone to assist me with this. They had no problem taking my money but now that they have to give it back I have to beg and ask for it. Pathetic service.
