Waiting for refund

<p>Telkom has my Router now one week and still no refund lol how is it possible that when u buy u have to pay immediately but to get the refund back after they take the device back you have to wait for a week lol. I know the stores don't have cash on the premises bit how easy is an eft they have my bank account which they deduct every month like R2000 from in services but to refund the device which they have already it seem like an impossible task </p>
