Waiting for promotion stock
We upgraded to the 40mhps line and therefore we qualified for the free DSTV Explora. I have been waiting for 2 months for the decoder and I am constantly given different excuses. The most recent excuse is that they did not have stock and now they have stock and I still do not have the decoder. The service is appalling. If you run a special ensure you have enough stock.
