Waiting for OTP number for over a Month Now!!!!!!!!

I'm trying to do a payment on the internet and I need to receive an OTP (One Time Password) to authorize the purchase. Im not receiving the OTP. Called my bank because I thought it was a technical error on there side. All is clear at my bank. Called Telkom. All they can say is that everything is registered correctly and that i just need to wait for it. I have waited a few weeks for the OTP and nothing. Telkom cant do anything to rectify this problem. The OTP will get to me when it gets to me. And according to Telkom Customer Services, it can take up to a year to receive the OTP. WHAT THE HELL.!!!!!!!!
