Waiting for my refund of R399.00 since the 09 march 2024 from telkom brits mall

I went to telkom brits mall to purchase a charger on the 09 march 2024, and returned it the same day, for refund, the lady who was assisting me came to my workplace to tell me that they won't be able to refund me she even did me a favour to allow me to buy the charger because am not telkom client, I was using my debit card, but they took the charger and receipt, she was very rude, till today its the 18 of March 2024,I didn't get my refund of R399.00,the service at TELKOM Brits is poor.
