Waiting for my refund
2 Months after realizing that my landline didn't work anymore I cancelled my line.
Telkom however kept on charging me for a service that they stopped providing. After many hours of fighting they eventually credited my account, but now I cannot get them to refund me my money.... What is the point of a credit if you don't give my money back?
