Waiting for Line Relocation
I relocated to Sasolburg from Three Rivers, I phoned Telkom to ask them to come and relocate my ADSL line as I have a 24 month contract with them, I phoned them and they assisted me very politely, since that day I have never heard anything from Telkom trying to find out what is going on and they just redirect me to sales everytime and thers is no answer. It has been more than 3 weeks now and Telkom has still not even phoned me or anything to come and do the relocation of my ADSL..
I am very dissapointed in them for this as the whole month passed and they expect me to pay but they dont deliver from their side.
I want my line to be installed so that I can continue my work at home.

27 Jan 2018, 13:23I am still waiting for a response from Telkom it is 27/01/2018 today exactly a Month since I relocated. No calls, no mails, Nothing... worst service delivery I have ever seen..
