waiting for landline and wifi since october 2017

hi,

so i apl**** for a landline and wifi route from telkom in october. today is the 15/01/2018. and still i have not received anything. i was told that it will be arriving in december before the festive period.. well im back at work and still have nothing. I had a date for installation after contacting Telkom everyday for the 12/01/2018. and guess what i received absolutely ****.. what type of ****** service are you people offering. i got a reply from them on hello peter and apparently it was escalated for the 10th time.. never in my life will i ever recommend telkom to anyone.. im going to lay a complaint with the ombudsman.. this is the worst servive i have ever received.. the call centre advisors are so *********** and they just hang up if they do not know what to do.
