Waiting for final statement

I send a complaint to hellopeter on the 15 July 2015 about not reciving our final statement. On the 16 July Zuifah phoned me to tell me that she will e-mail me our final statement i have still not recieved anything and today is the 5 August. We cancelled our telkom landline on the 29 January 2015. Thank you Hellobessie [Email Removed] ***.
