waiting for delivery over a month

over a year ago i decided to move all my contracts from cell c to telkom as they would come to an end at cell c. my first contract i moved to telkom over a year ago and was very happy with telkom service. just over a month ago i took out a data package with telkom. till today i did not recieve any prroduct. i know it has been lockdown now for 30 days but a computer and inteernet connection is an essential for home office. i could have worked from home but thanks to telkom i can not. today after weeks of trying to get hold of anyone at telkom i get en email saying they are waiting for stock. really? get stock if you must but dont make it the customers problem!!!
