Waiting for deliver and still no answer

<p>I actually give them no stars .i have spoke to how many agents and no one can tell my when my router will be deliverd i had been 5 days and no sms to say they are delivering my big deal or not ...the call centre you wait hours to ablnswer their phones and still no once can help you pathetic ..!!!</p>
