Waiting for days on my service i have app**** for

I have app**** so dsl service on the 18th of January 2021 already today it has been 7 working days and i am still waiting on feedback. Each time i phone the consultants give me a different story. I am with out internet service and i am working from home. This really makes me doubt because if the service is so bad just to get the service how will it be if it has been installed. If this isn't sort out soon i will cancel my order.
