Waiting for contract cancelation

Good day. 2 weeks ago I took out a new contract with a tablet. To my shock it did not come with Google Play store (Telkom NEVER advertised that it is one without the store) I can not use it. SO i took it back the next day It has been more than a week and still telkom has not acknolage the return of the tablet and the contract has not been canceled.
