Waiting for Confirmation of Termination

Good day.

For the past few days I have been phoning, emailing and live chatting all to just get a simple email. An email of confirmation to the termination of my Fiber service. I have been promised on multiple occasions that I would receive a call or an email, but still nothing as of typing this.
