Waiting for cellphone for a month

Very bad cellphone insurance to deal with no interest in what the customers needs are ,been waiting for my new cellphone for almost a month now and everyday I call with the hope that I will get help the agents are just there to work get paid and go home sake as the insurance all they know is just to deduct and do poor service, this I'd pure nonses serious if you can't do you're jobs properly rather close business and let those who can carry on.I would never ever refer anyone to this ghost business
