Waiting for almost 2 weeks for an upgrade application to be processed

<p>I received a message from Telkom mobile that i am due for an upgrade so i went to Sandton city Telkom mobile store to apply for an upgrade last week tuesday(2 August2016). I have not received communication from the store i had to call them myself and ask whats happening with the contract, if it was approved or rejected. How long does it take to approve or reject an upgrade application because i am still waiting and it has been almost 2 weeks. On monday 8 August 2016 again i called the store to enquire about the status of my application and i receive an sms from the store that my case has not been attended to.Telkom please be professional. Again i ask does it take a month for Telkom to process an application.</p>
