WAITING FOR ADSL LINE TO BE FIXED SINCE 22 AUG
FRUSTRATING. THEY HAVE SENT 3 TECHNICIANS TO TELL ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS ON THE POLE, BUT NONE OF THEM HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM. I HAVE LEFT NUMEROUS MESSAGES FOR THE MANAGERS TO PHONE ME BUT THEY ALWAYS IN MEETINGS. THE CALL CENTER HAVE NO CLUE. I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO.
