Waiting for ADSL line and waiting

<p>I app**** for a Telkom ADSL line on about the 12 May 2016. The call centre service was quite good. I received a sms that my installation was scheduled for 13 May. Nothing happened. On 17 May 2016 I received a sms that a Telkom technician has been dispathed to install my line. Again I waited in anticipation and again nothing happened. The next week I again phoned the call centre and they told me that they are working on it. Another week has now passed and nobody has contacted me at all. My order number is ***. I was even contacted by somebody who were evaluating Telkom's service but they were asking me 100 questions about the call centre operator, while it is the after sales service that is non existing.</p>
