Waiting for adsl
<p>I app**** for a sdsl line may 2016, all well its new business. June the 7 2016 went and payed the deposit of 700 at post office, from there the shut started. The tech came out after 3 weeks of waiting just to report to me the line was dissed (off or broken 38 meters from the house. Ok cool i thought. He sed will refer to the cable oaks. Week later cable tech was here, checked everything.yes its off so he refers it to the 3rd party cable istallers. Other old dudes came to my house took coordinations to plot the box and a month later, still waiting, and try phoning the 10210 number give me all the otions except for new clients. **** how long must we wait. I dont even wanna think about getting back my deposit what a ****up thats gonna be</p>
Morning just wanna thank the department for sorting out the problem, the cable was routed and installed. but now a week after still no service was routed but still waiting for a tech to come and join the cable so i could get a service.
