Waiting for ADSL

At first I had to wait for more than 3 months to get my telkom line installed. Now that I have the line I want MWEB uncapped adsl (they are cheaper than telkom), after starting the process of getting uncapped it took only 2 days for MWEB to deliver the router (although there were special requests on where and what time the router should be delivered), it has now been a week and telkom has still not pressed the button to get my adsl line active.<br>
