Waiting for a settlement letter for 2 and half months!!!

I have been waiting for 2 and half months for Telkom to send me my settlement letter. They have messed up my credit score even though the fault was on their side! From all the companies that I've been with Telkom is the worst and I will not recommend anyone to sign up with Telkom!
