Waiting for a response after 4 logged issues

Still waiting for someone from upgrades to call me. Called the call centre- upgrades doesn't answer. Have held on for 30mins a time... Someone from sales says he logged another request for me to be contacted. I was sent a msg foe pre-approval of a black Friday special but keep getting outside companies calling on behalf of telkom to upgeade- but they know nothing of the black Friday special and can't assist. Received an sms asking me to upgrade at regular rates today!!!!
