Waiting for a phone for over a month

I have been waiting for an LG G3 for over a month now. I get absolutely no feedback from the sales person unless I go into the store myself. When I do go into the store, I don't get a proper answer as to when I will be receiving the phone. When I went into the store yesterday I got told that she doesn't think Telkom will be getting anymore G3's. But the phone is still advertised in the latest deal booklet? How can you advertise something you don't have??? I am so appalled at the bad level of service delivery and your staff making me feel like I am the one with the problem. Does the Telkom staff not want to sell phones? If that's the case I will find another network provider.
