Waiting for a month

I took out a contract for an LTE Wifi router exactly a month ago and i am still waiting for it to arrive. I have cancelled my other contract and have no Internet at the moment. Every week i go into the shop and the staff tell me it will be here that week. This is going on for a whole month. It is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional for a well known and thought to be trusted brand
