Waiting for a customer service agent to call me back

I've been waiting for a customer service agent to call me back for 3 weeks regarding my landline account. Been online and submitted request for an agent to call me back. I've called for days, but no answer. And when I get answer, I have to call a different number. Really fedup. Can someone please call me.
