WAITING FOR 7 MONTHS

<p>I have made an application for a voice line in October 2016 at a Telkom Store in KZN and up to date still waiting for installation. Had a technician over every month but every appointment comes up with a new issue for installation namely, damaged pole, fault at the exchange, underground cableing. Wiring is done from street pole but left loose on the ground in my property. There is a box dangling from pole as well which is causing a huge disturbance.</p>
