Waiting for 3 weeks for LTE Antenna install

In mid January, I signed up for the Telkom Smart Unlimited LTE special. I got the router and LTE antenna from the Telkom mobile shop and started setting it up. Everything worked, except that I just cannot get a decent signal (I am 800m from the tower). In the box with the antenna there is a note stating that telkom will send out a technician to come and install the external antenna. So the following day I went to the shop and asked them about the technician. First the were taken aback, knowing nothing about this. But they did log a case for this (it was more than 2 weeks ago). Nothing happened, finally I messaged the telkom account on twitter and got a response someone will assist me. Finally last week monday I got a call that someone will be at my place wednesday to do the install. Wednesday morning someone showed up, did some readings. Told my wife that there is a better signal available and left! Nothing was done, she was not even told where to point the antenna too. And since then, nothing has happened. I have asked on twitter, only to get the stock standard we are looking into it answer. So by the end of the month, I will cancel the debit order as I can not use it. Thanks
