Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting....patiently

<p>To our dearest friends at Telkom -</p> <p> </p> <p>We have Telkom LTE which works extremely well and recently Telkom have started advertising LTE Uncapped and we are very, very interested in this for our home. Unfortunately we have to (again) resort to Hellopeter to resolve this issue as it seems that despite several attempts to contact Telkom to upgrade our service we have been met with utter shocking incompetence from Telkom. We have sent emails, called several times, been to a Telkom store (Eastgate), sent sms`s (if possible we would consider sending a ***eon), was promised that we'll be called back...lol but primarily the folks from Telkom didnt seem to know what we were talking about! In my last complaint I said that the only way to get customer care out of Telkom is to go via Hellopeter. It`s the South African way...you have to be a doos first to get what you need. So Telkom, in a nutshell we need the following:</p> <p> </p> <p>Will someone at Telkom who actually knows simple things like the earth is round, knows who Mozart was or knows that Paris is a city and not a country... ie someone who have some form of intelligence please speak to us on upgrading our current LTE connection in one, efficient, straightforward telephone conversation?
