Waiting almost 2 months for feedback billing dispute

I have logged a billing dispute with Telkom (Ref # 240 543 86) more than 7 weeks ago. This has been "escalated" 5 times, after me calling for updates. There is no feedback/communication from Telkom whatsoever.
