Waiting a year for a fault to be fixed

Yet again I am making another complaint. Fault number 1ANK010617, first logged on the 1st June. This was after I moved my ADSL away from Telkom after they failed to do anything. I first reported my fault to Telkom in Novemer 2016.

My line was reaching 0.4 instead of a speed of 2. After numerous call outs it has finally been agreed that there is a cable fault. I have since replaced my router and now there is no internet whatsoever! It tells me there is a problem with the cable. Surprise surprise!

When is someone actually going to fix my cable so I can have the service I am paying for?????? It has been a year!!!! I don't know how many times I can complain! I have to have a Telkom line for my gate entrance! I am seriously considering looking elsewhere to get internet where I don't need a line. I keep getting SMS's telling me someone will be out soon but they haven't!

Consumers have the right to good quality service. I am not getting this. We also have the right to timely performance and completion of service. I am not getting this. If there are any unavoidable delays, we should be notified. I have not been if this is the case.

Your are breaching the consumers protection right. So please, fix my line before I take this further. Your customer service is absolutely appalling and I would never recommend you to anyone. Nor will I ever purchase a new service from you.

No feedback given! Not impressed! This was posted on the 4th October, it took you 7 days to reply. Now it is the 17th October and I've still had no feedback. In fact, I don't even want feedback, I just want a date when someone will come out to fix my cable problem! I have been waiting for 4 and a half months. If it is not sorted, I will be cancelling my internet, and therefor my Telkom phone line as I will not need that either! SO you will loose business and cause another company to loose it (MWEB). So please, enough of the BS, fix my problem!
