Waiting a whole month for an online order

<p>I have ordered 3 phones from Telkom Online store, this was a whle month ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had to make the same order several times to eventually get contacted, spent 46 minutes on the phone with an agent, she said she has to consult her supervisor. This was the last time I got contacted, except their telemarketers nothing has been relayed to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The online chat to us service is useless as there is never an agent to talk to anyone. I have called and was told that from their systems this order does not exist. I have complained on emails, on twitter but still nothing has been done about his matter.</p>
