Waiting A month to get my cellphone

I am a very unhappy customer, I did an application for a cellphone with Telkom mobile more than three weeks ago...to date i haven't received the Item. I called through a week before last to enquire about my phone and was told I will receive it as it is in dispatch for delivery however to date nothing was delivered nor anyone calling me to advise regarding the delay of the phone.<br> <br> Telkom already debited my account on the 30/10/2015 but I don't have the phone what the hell is that......<br> <br> I am so disappointed in Telkom the way my friends praises it, I got convinced to get a contract phone with them but with this ridiculous service I am not happy at all. I think they don't care at all about their customers.<br> <br> Every time I call I wait for more than 40 minutes on the phone for an agent to pick up the call, this is not on at all. I am really disappointed in their service.<br> <br> Please guys get your acts together if not you going to lose a lot of customers trust me.<br> <br> I REGRET EVEN TO GIVE YOU A CHANCE TO BE MY SERVICE PROVIDER....BAD BAD BAD BAD JERRR<br>
