WAITING A MONTH FOR DELIVERY OF SAMSUNG S6

I visited the branch on the 15th August 2015 and signed my contract for a white Samsung Galaxy S6. I was advised that they did not have stock on they day, the phone will be ordered and that I will get a call when the phone is at the branch. I was further advised that it should take a week or 2 . I visited the branch again on the 29th August and was advised that the phone was not delivered yet and they will call me when it is. To date I have not heard from them or even received a courtesy call to update me on what is going on. I tried calling the branch on numerous occasions but no one ever answers. This is ridiculous!!!!
