Waiting a month for adsl to be moved

so since the first of july have been waiting for telkom to move my adsl to my new address, after multiple calls and hello peter complaints , the line was cancelled at the old address but now a order is just sitting, everytime 10210 says that I will receive an sms for the technician to come but I never do , this is infuriating and i will refuse to pay telkom now for a service thats not in existence ,the order is ***, also the previous times I put a complaint here I get some stupid generic response and if you try reply to the hp@telkom email they leave in the response, no one ****** answers. Im getting sick of waiting day after day with no information if anything is actually happening, disgusting this is my 4 th time complaining on hello peter without it being sorted
