Waiting a Min of 2 weeks for anything to Happen

Our telkom line has been dead from the 5th of January witch is now more than 4 weeks down coming to a month. The previous time I was offline for 3 months and no repair on our line. The technical service in Rustenburg for telkom is very very very slow to dead. I need my line repaired pronto
