waiting 6 months for a line

First of all I've being waiting for a line 6 months now after i app**** and paid my deposit of 700 rand and still waiting. The technician dropped of the modem didn't complete the instillation explained to me that its to late he will come and finish tomorrow and still haven't return. The technician is not returning or answering my calls at all Please help i'm in urgent need of internet and are struggling to get assistant. I tried phoning call center and they just keep telling me that they will escalate the order and still nothing...
