Waiting 5months for service!

Never before have i waited 5 months for a simple service!

I call Telkom every day but cant get any progress. The last guy told me it will take 3 to 5 days to sort out. (Incident no. ********** )

All i need is a order for the Technicians to do a line switch to adsl as they didnt install it correctly.

When you call telkom you atleast wait 20min for a answer.

When you go to the telkom store in vaal mall you wait more than a hour in a que, jist to heat they will call you back the next day. Waiting for 2 weeks for that next day.

I will not reccomend Telkom to anybody. I myself are strating to look out for other options as telkom doesnt provide service!
