Waiting 3weeks and still no delivery

I have placed an online application on the 9th november 2017. Got approved and debited my account and still no device delivery. This is so frustrating. Atleast call your customers to set their minds at ease. Im so shocked and never expected this from telkom. I really wish someone can help from telkom. Need some light to be shed on this dark situation.
