Waiting 3 months for Fiber Installation

Almost every couple of weeks people come around to my door to make me apply for Telkom fibre - I have submitted an application 3 months ago and I'm still waiting for someone to contact me regarding an install - in the meantime i'm paying exorbitant prices for horrible ADSL speeds
