Waiting 2 weeks for my phone

Good evening To whom this may concern This is on behalf of boyfriend Juan he has been waiting for 2 weeks maybe longer for the S23 plus and this was with the free tablet everytime we ask no stock we have contacted Samsung them self and they said that we will get the phone with in a day or so he had pre order the phone before the time as we statered that we will not be here the week the phone is launched and then we get a phone a call to say that the phone is there as we said we will not be in Capetown that week we will be back that weekend but now to this we are waiting and waiting waiting we have signed the paperwork already in the 4th of March for the phone to be able to get the tablet this is unexpectedly really 2 weeks later still nothing.
