Waiting 2 months for order no feedback

I placed an order over two months ago for a LG G4 phone. The rep told me to wait till next Monday for stock. The day came and still they didn't have. It's been almost two months with me needing to check up on the to find out what's going. I.was told they needed the phone to be manufactured first.....Really? <br> It's really a tiring wait. <br> I cancelled with my prev provider to opt for a better network.
