Waiting 2 months for installation of service
Order number ***A refers<br> <br> Order placed 10 Feb 2016 for the installation of FTTH... All passweords and user names issued but no installation... call centre not very helpful in resoving the matter... same answer every time - busy excecuting your order.. now 60 days later still no contact made with me re the istallation
