Waiting 18 Months for Broken Pole to be Replaced
18 Months ago the pole that is on our property fell over. Went to branch to report it with no luck. Reported it via Telkom website still no luck. Go to branch again to report it and still nothing happens. Finally take to Twitter and get a half-****d response and still takes another 3 months before we finally get a job number. Pole has now completely snapped and cables are lying across our back yard. On Twitter they keep apologising and promising someone is on their way to replace the pole. Seriously shocking service. How difficult is it to replace a pole?
